There will also be opportunities for them to engage in regular dialogue with MOH/MOHH Senior Management as well as Senior Healthcare Leaders through tea sessions, fireside chats, staff conferences and sharing sessions, etc. To enhance their professional development, healthcare scholars can also apply for inservice postgraduate scholarships, or undergo graduate development programmes in leadership management or advanced clinical training. Top-performing scholars may also be assigned developmental or stretch assignments such as cross-functional project teams at the cluster or sectoral-level. There are also opportunities for them to undergo a rotation stint with the Ministry of Health to further enrich their career experience.
